Delivery Information

Please be advised that the official business days in Travelest as follow:

Managment & Customer Service: From Sunday to Thursday 8 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM. Fridays, holidays and public holiday is off for all employees of Travelest except the Warehouse.

Warehouse working hours:
Daily: 8 AM to 8 PM

Orders submitted by website and mobile apps will be delivered as mentioned below, we do deliveries in Friday's and holidays.

Kuwait Orders:

Currently we offer 1 delivery option:

- 1.500 KD, Handling & Delivery within 24hrs.

GCC Orders:

Currently not available.

Important Delivery Information:

We insure all packages in transit from travelest to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Travelest, unless it has Manufacturer's defect.

Please note that the delivery charges are Non-refundable if the order has been already delivered.
