Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

At Travelest, we care about customer satisfaction and comply with the applicable laws of Kuwait, including the return and exchange regulations set by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
Our policy is designed to make returns and exchanges clear and hassle-free.

1. General Conditions

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase, in line with Kuwaiti law.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition at the time of purchase, with the original packaging and all accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personal or hygienic items, unless defective.

  • Customized or personalized products made to customer specifications.

  • Perishable goods, books, newspapers, and magazines, unless defective or spoiled at the time of delivery.

3. Procedure

  • Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 95000905 (messages only) to submit a return or exchange request.

  • You may be asked to provide your order number and photos of the item’s condition.

  • A third-party delivery company will arrange collection for a fee of 1.500 KWD, and the item will be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.

4. Fees & Refunds

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • A delivery fee of 1.500 KWD will be deducted from refunds for returns after delivery.

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, both the product value and delivery fee will be refunded in full.

  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used and may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed or the product is covered by a warranty, we will cover all costs for repair, replacement, or return.

  • Products will be replaced or refunded after inspection and confirmation of the issue.

6. Important Notes

 

  • We comply with Kuwaiti regulations and do not apply “No return, no exchange” policies.

  • We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.

  • Please keep your invoice or receipt to facilitate the return or exchange process.
